Getting Started
Refresh & Optimize Table
After creating a document and configuring your columns, you need to refresh the table to populate it with the latest extracted and researched data.
How Refreshing Works
Select the rows or cells you want to refresh.
The system will re-run extraction and research agents for the selected data.
New values will be fetched and populated into your columns based on the latest prompts and configurations.
Why Refresh?
Update your table with fresh data after uploading new documents or adjusting column prompts.
Test and optimize your prompts to ensure you’re getting the most accurate and complete results.
Iteratively improve extraction and research workflows by refining configurations based on real outputs.
Best Practice
After making major prompt edits or column changes, always perform a refresh on a small sample of rows first to validate results before refreshing the full table.
