Refresh & Optimize Table

After creating a document and configuring your columns, you need to refresh the table to populate it with the latest extracted and researched data.

How Refreshing Works

  • Select the rows or cells you want to refresh.

  • The system will re-run extraction and research agents for the selected data.

  • New values will be fetched and populated into your columns based on the latest prompts and configurations.

Why Refresh?

  • Update your table with fresh data after uploading new documents or adjusting column prompts.

  • Test and optimize your prompts to ensure you’re getting the most accurate and complete results.

  • Iteratively improve extraction and research workflows by refining configurations based on real outputs.

Best Practice

After making major prompt edits or column changes, always perform a refresh on a small sample of rows first to validate results before refreshing the full table.
