Batch Document Upload

Once your table is created and columns are configured, you can upload multiple documents at once to populate rows in bulk.

How It Works

  • Click Add Documents button from the table view.

  • Select multiple files or drag-and-drop them in.

  • Each document will generate a new row in your table.

  • When you refresh, the configured columns will extract or research values for each document.

Best Practices

  • Upload after you’ve finalized your columns to avoid missing values.

  • Use consistent file types and formatting for more reliable extraction.

  • Combine this with Smart Columns for automated analysis as files are processed.
